Prümer Brauhaus Opens in Prüm
In 2021, Prümer Brauhaus opened at Bahnhofstraße 45b in Prüm, in Germany’s Eifel region. The brewpub combined beer brewed on the premises with a restaurant emphasizing seasonal and regional cooking, bringing brewing and hospitality together at one site. The Brauhaus also became a venue for local cultural life. In August of its opening year, it hosted the Jazz-Initiative Eifel’s first Prümer Nachkirmes, a series of benefit concerts for people affected by severe weather. Audience donations totaling €4,015.34 were passed on to the Verbandsgemeinde Prüm. This early event connected the new brewpub with the region’s volunteer music community and relief efforts.
