TRVRS Begins To Brew
Breweries
In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the brewing project later known as TRVRS began its first barrel-aging experiments in Trier, Germany. At the time, the project still operated under the name Craftprotz. The name TRVRS was adopted in 2022 as a reference to Treveris, the Latin name associated with Trier. Beers from the project have also been served at the Craftprotz Kreativbierbar, which is operated by project brewer Niko Weiler.
