Ritual Lab Is Founded In Formello

Ritual Lab was founded in Formello, near Rome, in 2015. The brewery grew from the work of Giovanni Faenza and the Faenza family, after Roberto and Giovanni Faenza developed their interest in beer through tastings, courses, seminars, and brewery visits. Ritual Lab became one of the most recognized breweries in the modern Italian craft beer scene. Its own website presents the brewery as active in Italian craft beer since 2015 and lists major awards including Brewery of the Year 2020, 2022, and 2024.
