Fuerst Wiacek Opens Its Own Brewery In Berlin

In 2021, Georg Fürst and Lukasz Wiacek began producing Fuerst Wiacek beer in their own brewery on Wohlrabedamm in Berlin-Siemensstadt. The opening gave the company a permanent production site after several years of brewing on equipment owned by other breweries. Fuerst Wiacek had begun commercial production at Camba in 2016 and subsequently brewed at Craftzentrum and To Øl City. Moving into the Berlin brewery brought this contract-brewing period to an end and allowed Fürst and Wiacek to operate with equipment selected for their own brewing and packaging processes.
