AB InBev Completes Its Acquisition of SABMiller
On October 10, 2016, Anheuser-Busch InBev completed its acquisition of SABMiller. The transaction joined the world’s two largest brewing groups and ended SABMiller’s separate corporate existence, while required divestitures redistributed major businesses and brand rights among other brewers.
