Atelier VRAI Is Founded
Breweries
In 2016, brewer Nico Döring founded the company now known as Atelier VRAI under the name Atelier der Braukünste. It began at Romrod Castle in Hesse with a small nano-brewing system. High demand led the company to move from its original system to gypsy brewing. Production expanded to Brauhaus Binkert near Bamberg in 2017 and to Glaab’s Bräu in Seligenstadt in 2021.
