Craftprotz Kreativbierbar Opens In Trier

On December 15, 2018, Nikola Weiler opened the Craftprotz Kreativbierbar at Palaststraße 10 in Trier’s historic city center. Weiler, a trained brewmaster and beer sommelier, founded the bar after returning to his home region and developing the idea of creating a dedicated location for a diverse selection of beer. Craftprotz opened with twelve taps offering a rotating selection from local, German, and international breweries, supplemented by a broader range of bottled and canned beers. The bar established itself as a meeting place for beer enthusiasts in Trier and presented both modern creative beers and traditional styles.
