Le Ketch Opens In Sainte-Flavie

Breweries

Le Ketch opened in Sainte-Flavie, Quebec, in the winter of 2018. The pub was established on the bank of the St. Lawrence River, while Le Ketch began brewing its own beer in 2019. Its name refers to a ketch, a two-masted sailing vessel, reflecting the brewery’s connection to Sainte-Flavie’s coastal setting and maritime culture. Le Ketch expanded its production in 2021, allowing its beers to reach a wider market. The brewery became particularly associated with modern craft-beer styles, including juicy and complex IPAs made with local honey.
