Goose Island Opens Fulton Street Brewery

Breweries

In 1995, Goose Island opened its Fulton Street Brewery in Chicago, Illinois, US — a dedicated commercial production facility built to keep pace with surging demand for their craft beer, which had taken off since their original Lincoln Park brewpub debuted in 1988. The Fulton Street facility proved to be a turning point for the brand, unlocking national distribution through a new bottling line and finally laying the foundation for what would become their legendary barrel-aging program.
